While providing our legal services, we establish effective communication with our clients. According to this; Depending on the client’s situation, we provide a fast and uninterrupted service by establishing groups through communication applications.
If the client is in Turkey, it can be prepared by local notaries. If the client is abroad, it is possible to prepare a power of attorney at the Consulates of the Republic of Turkey in that country. A power of attorney can also be prepared abroad by local notaries of the relevant country. For this, an Apostille annotation must be added to the power of attorney and some approvals must be obtained. In order to issue a power of attorney at notaries in Turkey, a notarized translation of the client’s passport is required. If the power of attorney is a power of attorney that includes special powers, such as divorce, a passport size photo of 4.5 * 3.5 is also required. Again, if the person has a problem speaking and understanding Turkish, the notary must be notified in advance and a sworn translator must be made available.
In accordance with Law No. 1136, legal consultancy is provided for a fee. Free legal consultancy activities are prohibited. For this reason, our consultancy services are paid. You can pay the consultancy fee online or cash in our Office.

Since attorneys in Turkey continue their activities as a semi-public service, they are prohibited by law from acting for commercial purposes and establishing branches. For this reason, we do not have any address other than our office in Istanbul.
